Scope and contact
This notice describes the editorial pages and local tools on pandacompasspixl.com. For privacy questions, contact [email protected]. Pandacompasspixl does not provide booking accounts, collect passenger manifests or process flight payments through these pages.
Information you enter in the composer
The contact composer processes your name, reply email, selected topic and message in your browser to build a plain-text draft. The page's script does not submit that draft to a server or save it in cookies or localStorage. Your browser may independently provide autofill or restore form values according to its settings.
Copying places the draft on your device's clipboard when permission is available. Downloading creates a text file on your device. Other applications with access to your clipboard, downloads or device may be able to read those copies. Clear or delete them when no longer needed, especially on a shared device.
If you send an email
Using your email application to send a message is a separate action. Email correspondence may include your address, message contents, attachments and ordinary email metadata. We use information received for the purpose of reviewing the enquiry, responding, investigating a correction or addressing a privacy request. Do not send information that is unnecessary for that purpose.
Correspondence may be handled through email and hosting service providers. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry, any continuing need to document its resolution and applicable legal obligations. No universal deletion period is promised. You may ask about or request deletion of correspondence, subject to lawful exceptions.
Technical requests and local storage
Loading a website necessarily sends technical requests to its hosting infrastructure. Those requests can include an IP address, requested page, browser information and referrer information. Hosting services may keep logs for delivery, reliability and security. The editorial page scripts do not add analytics, advertising trackers or third-party embedded media.
These pages reference locally hosted images and assets. External source links are not embedded tracking services; following a link takes you to another website with its own practices. See Cookies for the storage behaviour of the site tools and any separately supplied consent controls.
Your choices and rights
You can read the guides without using the contact composer. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, object to certain processing, request portability or complain to a relevant supervisory authority. Contact the editorial email to raise a request. Proportionate identity verification may be needed, but do not send an identity document unless a suitable process has been agreed.
Security and sensitive information
No website, device or email service can promise absolute security. Do not submit passport copies, payment credentials, medical records or detailed passenger itineraries to the editorial desk. If a privacy concern involves your flight provider, contact that provider directly; this site cannot access or change its records.
Changes
This notice may be revised when site functions or handling practices change. Review it before sharing information. It does not describe the policies of linked organisations or your own browser and email services.
