What cookies and localStorage mean
Cookies are small values a website can store in your browser and send back with later requests. localStorage is a separate browser storage mechanism that can preserve values for a particular website between visits. Both can support preferences, but neither is required for the navigation, article reveals or contact composer supplied with these pages.
What the page scripts use
The editorial page script does not set cookies, read cookies or write to localStorage. Mobile-menu state lasts only in the current page. Scroll animations do not collect reading behaviour or send events to a tracking service. The contact composer keeps the working draft in the page rather than saving it as site storage.

Your browser may separately remember form values, cache files or restore a previous page. Those behaviours depend on browser settings and are not a contact-draft storage service provided by Pandacompasspixl.
Cookie preferences
There are no optional tracking categories to enable in the editorial page script. Any consent interface supplied separately by the site platform is responsible for its own preference controls and storage notice. If such an interface is displayed, use its controls to review or change the choices it offers. This page does not itself set or change a consent preference.
You can also inspect and remove cookies and site storage for pandacompasspixl.com through your browser's privacy settings. Removing stored preferences may cause a separately supplied consent interface to ask again. Blocking cookies does not prevent the core article content or local composer from working.
